Once you have found the right supervisor it is important to know how to finance the PhD period. One option here would be a working contract with KIT or with an industrial company. Another option is finding a scholarship. The presentation will mainly address students or graduates interested in doing a PhD and give an overview of the different financing options and the related aspects. In addition you will learn which Internet databases to use for searching funding options.

This lecture is open to students, interested in doing a PhD at KIT an doctoral researchers at KIT (KHYS members).
