Your doctoral phase draws to an end and you have started to ponder what to do next? This workshop is aimed at those who consider doing a postdoctoral phase right after their doctorate in order to take the next step in academia.

This full-day workshop offers support in your decision-making process. We examine the general guidelines of the postdoctoral phase at KIT. Also, we seek to give participants a room for personal reflection, so you can become more aware of your personal motivation for a postdoctoral phase and your own goals. During the workshop, you will have the chance to talk to more advanced early career researchers about their competencies, experiences and tasks.
