Postdoc at KIT
Researching as a postdoc at a Helmholtz Association research university means benefiting from outstanding research conditions at a university of excellence. KIT postdocs are early-career researchers and young scientists who have received their doctorates and are doing research at KIT for a qualification phase that generally takes three years. The postdoctoral phase at KIT can be done directly after the doctorate or after an already completed postdoctoral phase at another university or extramural institution in Germany or abroad.
KIT supports postdocs in their professional and personal development with excellent framework conditions, target group-specific offers, and consultation on career paths in science as well as on career perspectives outside of academic research. As a KIT postdoc you will be well prepared to fill top positions both within as well as outside the scientific community in the future.
